Shannon joined Professional Planning Group in 2023. As Head of Administration, she manages our client service team. Her team spirit is exemplified through her exceptional client service, communication skills and collaborative nature. She plays a key role in streamlining operations and development of innovative processes that enhance efficiencies.
Experience
Prior to joining Professional Planning Group, Shannon worked in banking for fourteen years, most recently she was the Branch Manager for Jewett City Savings Bank. As Branch Manager she was responsible for branch operations, customer service, loan origination, budgeting and employee supervision and development.
Community
Active in the community, Shannon serves on the Development Committee of the Olean Center an organization committed to providing personalized guidance and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their goals for integration, independence, and productivity.
Family
Shannon resides in Canterbury, CT with her husband. They have three grown children, three grandchildren and a mini goldendoodle.
Hobbies
In her free time, she loves to spend time with family and friends. Often you will find Shannon in Westerly, serving the community. She also enjoys baking, decorating, gardening, going to the beach and teaching.
