Heather joined Professional Planning Group in 2025. She works on our Client Service team supporting our financial advisors providing administrative support and exceptional client service.
Experience
Prior to joining Professional Planning Group, Heather worked in the financial services industry for 20 years. Most recently with BNY Pershing as a Research Analyst. Much of her career was spent with Fidelity working in customer service and operations.
Community
Active in the community, Heather is active in Coventry Booster Club where she volunteers her time for event planning and support for the track and cross-country teams.
Family
Heather resides in Coventry, RI with her husband. They have three children and two beloved dogs.
Hobbies
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active walking. She is an avid fan of country music and the Boston Red Sox.
