Daniel joined Professional Planning Group as a Financial Advisor in 2000. He works directly with clients to develop and implement retirement strategies based upon their individual goals and objectives. Dan is Associate Compliance Officer, Operations Manager and a member of Executive, Compliance and Investment Committees.
Prior to joining Professional Planning Group, Daniel worked at the Mashantucket Pequot Gaming Enterprise as a Manager supervising department operations. Earlier in his career, he worked at the Washington Trust Company.
Daniel earned a Bachelor of Arts from Alfred University in 1991 with a dual emphasis in management and finance. He earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2003 and the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation in 2017. Daniel holds the Series 7, 24, 51, 63 and 65 licenses and is a Raymond James Registered Principal. He has also been a contributor to Newsline, a local NEARI publication for educators.
Active in the community, Daniel serves on the Board of Directors and is a member of the Finance and Executive Committees for Wood River Health Services. Daniel is also a Board Member for the Arcadia Branch of the YMCA and a member of the Finance Committee for the Ocean Community YMCA.
Daniel lives in Griswold, CT with his two sons Colby, Connor and their dog, Cooper.
In his free time Daniel enjoys spending time on the water.
